1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the GeniusReviews platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all business owners, staff, and end-users of the generation tools.

2. Service Usage & License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use GeniusReviews to generate unique reviews for your business. You agree not to use the AI to generate content that is intentionally fraudulent, defamatory, or violates the community standards of third-party platforms.

3. AI-Generated Content & Third Parties

GeniusReviews provides a tool to assist in drafting reviews. However:

  • The final decision to post a review rests solely with the end-user.
  • We are not affiliated with Google, Zomato, Swiggy, TripAdvisor, or Yelp.
  • We are not responsible for any account penalties or review removals initiated by these third-party platforms.

4. Account Credits & Payments

Free credits are provided upon registration for testing purposes. Once exhausted, a paid subscription or top-up is required. Credits are non-transferable and may expire based on the specific plan chosen during checkout.

5. Limitation of Liability

GeniusReviews is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not warrant that the AI-generated text will always be factually accurate. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our automated tools or the redirection to external review sites.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who attempt to "spam" the system or use the AI to generate harmful content. Any attempt to scrape our website or reverse-engineer the generation logic will result in an immediate ban.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your registered business region.
